The practice manager looks after the day to day management of the practice. She will be pleased to discuss any non-medical problem you may have and also to receive any suggestions you may have for improving the services offered. She is also the first person to contact should you have any complaint.
Reception Team

Our receptionists are trained to deal with your needs. They make appointments, take messages including visit requests (sometimes they will have to ask you for details of your condition in order to assess the degree of urgency), deal with repeat prescription requests. They are available 5 days a week to talk to you
Please be courteous with our reception staff. They are very busy and they are trying to keep everyone happy

District nurses provide care to patients who are unable to leave their homes
Non-urgent advice: Health Visitors
Health visitors provide health advice and help to families with young children and help run the baby clinic on Monday afternoons

Community counsellors provide advice and support to people with mental health problems
